Here is my very best, true to the original version of Lawrys Pinch Of Herbs seasoning. This copycat recipe’s more accurate than others, because of one unique advantage…. I was fortunate enough to have a recently opened bottle. Being able to compare my results to it’s aroma made it a spot on duplicate.
My kitchen is stocked with all the needed spices so it was easier to Kopy Kat the original. After making it, visit my post for the “Best Broiled Zucchini” using Pinch Of Herbs for a special taste treat.
The picture below shows each spice in the mixture, so this recipe follows the label’s ingredients in the order listed. There is no MSG as stated on the label. Since the label separates the salt and the garlic, I added each ingredient separately. I used a gram scale, adding each portion by weight rather than volume. I then translated the weight into volume to utilize standard kitchen measuring tools. I also used the nutritional label for sodium content. (83 mg per 1/4 tsp serving)
